For Women:
If you’re 5 feet tall then your ideal weight is 100 pounds. If you’re taller than five feet, then for every inch above five feet add five pounds.If you are shorter than five feet, subtract five pounds for every inch below five feet.
For Men:
If you’re feet tell then your ideal weight is 106 pounds. If you’re taller then for every inch above five feet add six pounds. If you are shorter than five feet subtract six pounds for every inch below five feet.
Calorie Count:
- If you live a sedentary life with no exercise whatsoever,then multiplying your ideal weight by 11 will give you the exact calorie intake for the day.
- If you exercise at least three times a week, multiplying your ideal weight by 13 will give you the exact calorie intake of the day.
- If you get exercise nearly five times a week, multiplying your ideal weight by 15 will give you the exact calorie intake of the day.
- If you workout six to seven times a week, multiplying your ideal weight by 18 will give you the exact calorie intake for a day.
